2. Service Description
WhatsApp CRM provides a B2B SaaS platform for managing WhatsApp Business communication, including AI-powered agents, catalog synchronization, and shared inbox management.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy at all times.
4. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsApp CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
